Description: This listing is for a rare portfolio of 12 vintage posters featuring Pates Baroni and other artists, from Edizioni D´Arte I.F.I.; Italy, 2007. The posters remain sealed in their original package. Images of the posters are shown on the back side of the package. The posters measure approximately 19” high x 13.5” diameter. The image sizes measure approximately 13.5” high x 10” diameter. We noticed small particles inside the lower portion of the package. We have shown this in the photos. A few words about Edizioni D´Arte I.F.I.: The Istituto Fotocromo Italian was founded in Florence in 1928 by the engineer Vincenzo Balocchi, a well known amateur photographer and former artistic director of the Fratelli Alinari Company. Up until 1980, the Company printed artistic editions in the old traditional method of photo-typeset or collotypes, but now use the most modern and sophisticated printing methods. The Istituto Fotocromo Italiano continues to be led by the same family, now in its third generation. The beautiful images produced by I.F.I are often framed or block mounted as posters.
