Only some light normal wear/small scratches but nothing bad. This awesome historical Staffordshire pearlware plate was made by James & Ralph Clews in the 1820s to commemorate the visit of General Lafayette to the United States in 1824. The young French General had been very influential and helpful in the United States winning their independence in the Revolutionary War.
