"Brother Robert" is listed - perhaps loaned out for work?, Super fine wheat flour, 310 feet of Hemlock Planks, Bushel of Peaches, "Sundries from Hudson" is a lovely listing seen a few times in this ledger, Letter from Philadelphia mentioned as well, "Mrs. Morton for making my light Pantaloons," Flour Barrels, Scissors, Fence Nails, Jeremiah Wine for Wages (oh dear), Bushel of Potatoes, Two Straw Hats, Half a Barrel of Bear (assume its beer but perhaps its indeed bear though they tend not to come in barrels), Vinegar, Tea, Sugar ("shuggar"), Nails, Mouse trap, Coffee, Cheese, Shovel, Map, Bushel of Lime, Buckwheat, Fence Boards, Iron Bars for the Wagon Wheels, Bushel of Onions, and a great deal more. Names include Hannah Barranger, John Barranger, Timothy Richmond, Michael Miller, Elias Lasher, Thomas Morton, Jeremiah Browning, Samuel Walker, Samuel Mellies, &c. &c. About 6.5 x 8.5 inches, pages all filled in, well over 100 pages., closer to 200, stiff paper wraps are worn and loose from pages.
