This item measures appx 8 1/4 x 6 inches closed, opens to 12 x 8 1/4 inches, and contains 32 pages. The program is printed on light-weight semi-glossy paperstock. It is in very good condition, even considering that it is over 70 years old. It has no writing or markings, and the binding is secure with all pages firmly in place. The only tear is on the back cover (see last image). A great collectible for the San Francisco arts patron.
