Return Policy: 30 days, buyer pays return shipping. This does not apply to Shellac records, due to their tendancy to break, if not packed right. Damaged Items: If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund. Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage. This must be sent to me, via Ebay Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim. You will get a refund once you submit the photos to me - usually the same day photos are received. Please take clear in-focus photos. Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a "return", not a damaged item. Handling Time: This is when your item is due to ship.
