It is an idle air control valve (IACV) Repositioning Block for the 1986 - 1987 Buick T-Type, GN, GNX, and 1989 20th Anniversary Trans AM. Mounting the IVAC at an angle will allow the use of larger diameter inlet tubes into the turbo compressor and stop the wires from rubbing mass air flow pipe. It also allows removal of the IACV without removing any other parts. Angle boss will fit both stock and up to a 70MM Accufab Throttle body. Bright dip anodized for lasting finish.
