Small amounts of tape are used to help secure cards during shipping which may result in minor scuff on top loader. This is for the safety of the card, not the plastic. Combined shipping- although rare, with orders on items that have a shipping cost, it is a strict 50 cents per additional item on top of the highest shipping rate. Items are shipped next business day at the latest and then are in USPS hands and I have no idea where in the country they are at a given moment. With standard envelope shipping, I cannot guarantee any delivery date. I've seen cards get places in 24 hours and others take 3 weeks. I don't know why this happens but generally it's a few days.
