Description: 2 10" 78 RPM 1951 Folk Music Inc. C&W Double Feature #122, 123 Play VG Rare! Hand cleaned, Play tested VG. There is surface noise, but very little clicks and pops. There are surface marks, scuffs and surface scratches but nothing deep. "Double Feature" 2 songs per side C&W, Hillbilly, Pop music. The artists are #122 Side 1 Grace Wilson (C&W Pop like Patti Page) Side 2. Jean Ryan (Hillbilly with some hot guitar, C&W). #123 Side 1. Ray Plyman (C&W 2nd Tune with very cool, spooky pedal steel) Side 2 Texas Slim (not John Lee Hooker who used this pseudonym) C&W great version and Country Pop. I believe these are cover versions of the popular hits of the day back in 1951. Song Titles: # 122 A1. Something Old, Something New A2. Lonely Little Robin B1. Hi Ballin Daddy (sounds like Billy Byrd on Lead Gtr) B2. MR. And Mississippi, #123 A1. Sick Sober And Sorry A2. Tennessee Hillbilly Ghost B1. Howling At The Moon B2. I Want To Be With You Always. Hand cleaned with blue Dove liquid soap and distilled water. I did make digital copies of these and I can send you samples if you'd like. They contain no doctoring except for changing the RIAA EQ curve before turning them into digital WAV files. These are rare and hard to find in any condition. Please see all pics for condition.
