Description: I did plug the clock in and the hands do move as they should. The bulb it likely burned out and will need to be replaced. I noticed a couple of small trim nails in the corners as seen in the pictures. This clock measures 16x16x4. I can ship this with UPS OR USPS which ever you would like.
