Of their history together Adam says, "I always send Mark my tracks - sometimes he wants cuts or wants to do a remix, and this time he voiced me a dubplate on the riddim and did loads of mixes. Mark was one of the reasons I make music at all, after going to his Subdub nights in Leeds back in the early 2000’s. He's been a great inspiration throughout my career, always offering guidance on my productions and letting me know which ones have been going down well at sessions… So it’s a big milestone for me to work with him on a vinyl release." "Acid Storm” is Mark’s brutalist version of a 135 bpm steppers called “The Storm” that Adam built for a digital-only release on Hold Tight Records. The Iration method is on full display with a mean synth melody, mad delay work, and phasing and filtering all elements of the mix in real time.
