Description: Just one of inkFrog's Creations Description: Antique European Enamel 800 Silver Movable Charm Saluting Soldier This is an unusual version of the more commonly seen mechanical saluting soldier charm. However, this one is enameled on both sides. The charm is cleverly devised with an arm that moves outward when the lever at the base of the charm is pulled. The charm is in good antique condition with most of the enamel intact. There is some missing enamel to the cap, the sleeve of the uniform and to the legs. The charm is made of Continental silver, at least .800 although it isn't stamped. The measurement is 3/16 of an inch wide by 1 and 1/8 of an inch tall.
