Description: 2 issues that I see one is a metal plate that is missing where the needle goes up and down the other issue is the lock on the case I got it to lock but I wouldn't trust it carrying it by the handles I don't think it is locking all the way. Other than that no its not tested but if you spin the hand crank the needle part does go up and down I just don't and never have known how to thread a sewing machine or do anything else like sew on one.
