Description: Antique La Garrocha Wooden Pole 8’+ Cowboy Dressage Bullfighting Doma Vaquera As found at a Virginia estate sale. This pole is amazingly balanced in hand. It is wider in the center & tapered on the ends. The wood has a smooth, rich, aged patina. See photos - pole is straight until about the 5 foot mark then it has maybe a warp? Starting at what looks like a burl or knot in the wood. Wood is smooth & it appears to be a product of the creation process - it appears intentional or possibly inevitable.
