There's 2 small holes on the top that do not go all the way thru there was a Buffalo Bill on horseback medal casting that mounted in the holes , the holes are barely noticeable . some of the gold gilding on the lions has worn off. I believe that's it for issues concerning this clock. The pluses are this Clock is beautifully ornate and well taken care off theses past 130 +- yearsand i should take little to get it running , i put shims on one end of the feet and it did run longer that's what led's me to believe its a adjustment issue. It comes with key.
