The elegant doll, whose head tilts, features black high-heeled pumps; real pink, white, and black feathers in her hair and around her center; and black lacquered hair set in an updo. Her dress features a beaded bodice with hot-pink and light-pink satin. Long black gloves--complete with a rhinestone bracelet on the left wrist--cover her elegant arms and hands. Flamingo Barbie's face resembles that of the Audrey Hepburn Barbie doll.
