Very easy to assemble; very sturdy and low maintenance if packed correctly and carefully. Maintenance really is just a lint remover brush to run over the fabric. I used to ship it successfully via FedEx Ground to expos. Unit weighs 80 pounds; case has wheels and a handle so it is easy to move around.
