It measures just over 15" long overall with a blade length of 9.25". This thing definitely has some heft to it as it weighs 1 pound 3 ounces. The blade shows wear with scratches and numerous tarnish spots. The handle has clear pieces where you can see inside where the tang is. The handle also has some finger grooves on the bottom part to help with gripping the knife (see last picture). There are some areas of oxidation. This knife does not have a sheath. This knife belonged to a gentleman named Ernest Chalmers Curry Jr A-V (N) who was in World War 2 serving in the US Naval Reserve with Patrol Squadron VP-201 on the PMB Mariner aircraft.
