In beautiful factory new condition except for a small spot on the left ear that didn't get painted or paint chipped off. I didn't see any paint chips in the packaging. Please see close up picture. Still a gorgeous horse. Sits firmly on his base. Has been displayed in a smoke-free home. I do combine shipping and will send a refund after shipping label is printed.
