Description: This truly excellent rendition of Leonardo DaVinci’s famous portrait of Beatrice d’Este is masterfully executed and nicely framed in a carved bone post Napoleonic frame. Measuring 5.5” x 4.75”, the minute details are exceptional and it appears to be painted on vellum. I’m certain it’s in the original frame and is housed under convex glass so the painting is in excellent condition without wear.
