With being a Missy, they may have a smaller/tighter fit for the size, especially in the butt/hip areas. I don't know how true to size they are compared to other brands in this style/fit. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size 10. You will have to Decide for You Personally from the measurements compared to yours. They can Stretch some and the Waist can Stretch a tad too. They look/measure to maybe have a Tapered Leg Style. The leg opening is 6.75". They Do have Belt Loops for You to add a belt, if needed.
