What this means is the u-joint is 3 5/8 in width both directions but the caps are 1 1/16 (with internal clip) one direction and 1 1/8 (external clip) in the other. Common on Ford and some GM applications. Have used many when mixing driveshafts and yokes from different vehicles. Includes retaining clips and zirk fitting. Shipping is $9.65 for one or all 4.
