The top part is made of glitter-covered, colored glass. The middle part appears to be made of resin or a similar material. The bottom base is made of metal. The figure stands 6-7" tall. It comes with a tealight fixture. The item was bought new, was never used or displayed, and has been stored away carefully for many years.
