Description: This Listing is to repair you non working Dexis Titanium sensor. How it works. 1. You pay $450 OBO for your sensor repair. 2. You ship your sensor FEDEX or UPS to our facility. 3. Send a copy of your paid eBay receipt with your sensor / packed properly. 4. We REPAIR and send back your working sensor which includes 1 YEAR PART WARRANTY. If your sensor has a problem other than the normal repairs needed- we will notify you with details and or additional parts/ options if needed. 4.If we can't repair your sensor we send it back minus shipping / fees. 5.If your sensor has image issues or abnormal symptoms, we will notify you before completing your repair for your inspection approval. If you do not approve the full repair estimate (in the event there are more costs involved) - or there is un-repairable sensor damage we will return your sensor and original parts and refund your total $450 eBay purchase less shipping /fees to your Paypal account). All sensor parts come with a 1 year part warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental sensor or cable damage caused by the user or patient. Normal repair turnaround is about 1-5 business days from the approval date unless we are experiencing a higher than normal repair volume which can cause delays up to 2 weeks. It is the customers responsibility to: 1. Keep a copy of your tracking number and delivery receipt.2. Pack your sensor properly including eBay receipt. 3. Use FedEx or UPS shipping method.
