They have been worn and have a few scuffs/scratches, especially on the heels, and a few on the toes. There's some mud remnant here and there also. They have steel toes and on the bottom it says Oil & Chemical Resistant SIERRA. The heel height is 2 inches. Overall, excluding the scuffs, they are in great condition. These boots are heavy.
