Description: This is a nice Drake T-4X HF Transmitter with a Homebrew AC-3 clone Power Supply. Operating modes are LSB, USB, AM, and CW. Runs off of standard 120 VAC line power. Seems to work fine on all bands. All functions and controls appear to work as they should. Photos show power out of about 100 watts on 80-15 meters and about 80 watts out on 10. Cosmetically, I'd rate them at an 8 out of 10. The transmitter cabinet, front panel and controls are in good condition. The copper chassis has normal tarnish and pitting. The AC-3 clone appears to be well built and works fine. This auction includes the transmitter and power supply only - The dummy load wattmeter IS NOT included. Since these are 60+ year old units, they are being sold "AS IS". The transmitter and power supply will be boxed separately and shipped via FedEx Ground for actual shipping costs which I'd estimate to run between $45 - $65 in the ConUS depending on the buyer's location.
