Swivel and folding action works perfectly. Wings are not bent or damaged in any way that I have found. Right tail fin has a red paint rub on it. Disc hatch opens perfectly and snaps shut. Some of the teeth are a little bent and some are missing a bit of paint. Top of tongue is missing some paint and bottom of it has 2 paint rubs.
