Description: For sale is an early Gorham STRASBOURG (1897) small berry serving spoon with a gilt bowl. The piece is 8 1/8 inches long with a 2 7/8 inch wide bowl and weighs 57 grams. The bowl interior is lightly gilded. It is monogrammed “M” on the handle front. The piece is marked "PAT/1897” with the Gorham trademark and “STERLING". Condition on the spoon is fairly good. There is a small dent in the bowl, wear to the gilding and normal wear from use. A decent early piece of Strasbourg!
