This will allow you to use widely available BNC style test leads. The BNC connector easily fits into the hole that was occupied by the Amphenol connector. Simply unsolder the lead going to the RF Coarse switch, remove the Amphenol connector, install the new BNC connector in the existing hole, and solder the wire to the RF coarse switch. I’ve already soldered a wire to the BNC connector to make this upgrade as easy as possible.
