This printer comes with all cables, power adapter, and it comes a new case of the red and black ribbon ink. The red and black ink allows you to make your modifications/mods stand out in red, for example, " 1 Double Cheeseburger" in black ink, and "No Ketchup" in red ink, you can use the printer with just a normal Ethernet cable or you can use it wirelessly with an Epson Wireless adapter stick if you want that plugs into the USB Port, we used it both ways first Ethernet and then eventually Wirelessly, a wireless adapter stick is not included in this sale, they are pretty cheap to pick up though on ebay, and the original box is included, though missing some paperwork and the foam protective shipping inserts though it will be packaged well and double boxed and the paperwork was really useless. This is not bluetooth, just wireless and not bluetooth. If you're new to all of this then I'll give you some pointers. To connect the printer to your POS system and all so it can print You're probably gonna have to find the info from your POS system website. We used LAVU, which I regret using them from the start, but this had nothing to do with the printer, on Lavu's website help section and technical section I found the instruction of how to connect kitchen printers to my POS system, also there's a lot of information of how to do this online, took me over a half a day to research it and finally get it done. Webstaurant,thank goodness has pretty much any kind of printer paper you need and is cheap compared to other sellers. All Restaurant Kitchen printers are going to get a little grease on them and this one is no different its just that we had a powerful Vent and it sucked up most all the grease and so this one did not get much though theyre all going to feel a little sticky, this one you can just feel a little stick to it, though not bad, it is overall very clean for a Restaurant Printer. Restaurants are very demanding and especially opening one for the first time but a year from now all of these mysteries and things that seem overwelming will be common to you. Condition: Pre-owned in good condition. We purchased this brand new for our Drive Thru Restaurant in June of 2023 and used it for 5 months in which we were only open M-F for 6 hours a day. The Printer worked flawlessly the entire time and still has years of dependable service left on it.
