Description: This is a very rare, limited edition Mother's Day commemorative plate for 1979. The plate is hand signed by Mike Fenton (2494/5000) and it UV REACTIVE! Under longwave UV light, the center fluoresces in a beautiful orange red color, and swirls showing how the molten glass was mixed. This is an amazing plate for multiple reasons. It's in like-new condition, with no chips or other damage. The photos are part of the description.
