We ship on UPS only and charge you what UPS charges us. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday so they do not get hung up in a trailer over the weekends. Worms do not have to stay frozen just cool. Ship out in ice chest with ice packs. Just stick them in freezer when you get them.
