Description: GE General Electric AM 7 Transistor Radio P-815A With Case. This is from my dad's estate. I think this is the P-815A. The white case may have yellowed. See pics for physical condition. It has no cracks or chips but the front has degraded. The screw on the back is rusty. There is some yellow tape on some of the wires, so it may have been repaired. It powers up and receives stations but the audio is very crackly. I cleaned the pot and tuner with contact cleaner but it's still noisy. The case is stiff and extremely brittle. Metallic parts on it are rusted. The handle is gone and the flap on one end with an inscription on it is broken. The stitching on the bottom is broken on one side; see pics.
