Designed to emulate the original 20" inch Graphite Tuff wheels of circa '79 to '81. Which had genuine Campagnolo precision loose ball hubs installed on them.Generation 1.1 Kool Caps: All of the latest Gen I Kool Caps have undergone additional machining processes. They are all completely plug and play now. Modification to the front wheel is no longer required to install Gen 1.1 Kool Caps onto current 20" inch Zytel Nylon Tuff Wheel II's. One complete set of 4, enough to do one bike.These are easily installed with clear, or black, 100% silicone sealant. And they will not come loose under any amount of thrashing! If your 20" inch front Tuff Wheel II hubs look exatly like the front hub shown in the Ad photo. And, your wheels have plastic completely surrounding a much smaller front metal hub.
