There are soft scuffs on the insole and bottom from being tried on and one sole has a sticker residue. Please look at all photos closely. These gorgeous heels are approximately 3.5” and come with the box, dustbag and one heel tap. In my opinion, they run small (like Louboutin), but please see the size chart from the manufacturer.
