GM 205 New Process 205 direct mount transfer case 10 spline 4 speed K5 75 Blazer

Description: This is a low low miles New Process 205 gear drive transfer case out of a 1975 K5 Blazer. It is complete with front and rear yolks.The adapter housing to the four speed transmission as well as the coupler sleeve which has 10 spine ends. The u-joints have a 3 1/4 inch cap spread. This was off of a truck never plowed with or off roaded. It has been stored since 2006 in a dry pole building and it is full of clean gear oil. It has never ever been stored outside. The smooth working shifter and linkage is complete as well as even the original shifter knob. This is an incredibly well preserved unit, and I left the original grease on in order to let you see what you get. After years and years of working with buying and selling Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, and Dodge trucks....I have doubts that any 205.... unless it was seriously abused....would ever have to be rebuilt. These are incredibly strong units and I have even seen them used in monster trucks with nearly 1000 hp.Will have to go freight, so it's likely to run $250 to $300 to ship. However, another option is that I could strip it down to the basic case and gears and send in 2 separate boxes.Getting it just under the 150 pounds allowed by UPS.
