Description: PLEASE READ ALL OF DESCRIPTION - A Gorgeous 3.93” x 2.76” Megalodon shark tooth fossil with pretty colors & patterns with some sharp serrations & a shiny enamel. After falling out of its lower tooth position in this big Megs mouth but before leaving the mouth,it was chomped down on by its own intact tooth which extremely lightly sliced off a TINY 1/4 of an inch or so of the very tip on the display side & at the same time most likely caused the enamel to pull away from the back side of the tip as well. You can see serration lines in the slice & BARELY GOES INTO THE ENAMEL AS SEEN BEST IN THE LAST 2 PICS.As far as slices go from a BIG Meg,this would be considered the lightest scuff really possible. It just adds character & tells a story of this predators ferocity.AS A NEAT ADDED BONUS - IT EVEN HAS A KOOL SHELL IMPRINT ON THE FAR EDGE OF ROOT ON THE NON-DISPLAY SIDE.It’s just a really kool tooth that’ll look great in your collection.Measured with digital calipers & no repair or restoration. You may or may not know this, but many of the teeth from Indonesia you see advertised for sale are newly found & are still ‘wet’ from being dug up from the ground in their humid climate & will generally lose 50-70% of their bright colors. All the teeth I offer have been in my collection & are completely dry. What you see is what you get.The Indo teeth prices are through the roof even for me directly from the farmers there, get them while you still can at an affordable price. Please check out all the other fossils I have listed as well.Thank you for looking & God Bless.Shipped with USPS.😊🦈
