Description: Here’s a rare bird: Guyatone only made this model for 2 years…1964 & 1965. I think this one is a 1965 (due to the pickup covers). Everything works- action & intonation are surprisingly decent! A thumb wheel adjustment at the bridge can raise or lower string height if you wish to change it. (This one has a metal bridge- the 1964 models used a plastic bridge!) Controls: 2 volume & 1 tone, with Fender Mustang style on/off switches for each pickup. Pickups have good output- and a very useful range of tones! (They also have individual pole piece adjustments for each string!) Truss rod at base of neck. Tuning machines were replaced before I bought it (in 2005)- for more dependable tuning. Barely ANY fret wear & smooth / fast neck. Alas- tremolo arm went AWOL some time in the last 60 years! I’ve had a lot of fun with this one-& hope that you will too. Happy to answer any questions you may have- Lmk-
