Description: up for sale here is a used harris 49-3 oxy acetylene cutting torch. I'm a fabricator by trade and did take a video of this in use to show that it's fully operation and functionl, but ebay doesn't allow videos so I have screen caps instead. This item is well used, has spray paint, permanent marker and etched labeling from previous owners, but again it's fully operational. Its 18" from top to gas threads, 20" from top to flash back arrestor threads. Some things to note about this particular combination: it is for Oxy Acetylene *ONLY*. this IS NOT for use with propane, natural gas, propylene etc. This is an acetylene only set up. if you are new to cutting torches that might sound odd - if you are going to use propane this is not the torch for you. Each of the components (handle, mixer boidy, torch tip) are all designed specifically with the type of gas they'll use in mind. This has an oxy acetyle mixer and a single-piece oxy acetylene tip. If you were to use a two peice 6290NX tip thats designed for propane/natural gas with this it will flashback repeatedly and you'll have a bad time.
