When I say a saw pops it means I have poured fuel in the carburetor or cylinder and it runs for a few seconds as it uses up the fuel.Unless otherwise stated it does not come with a bar or chain. This saw pops with fuel poured in the cylinder. It is dirty and has been sitting. These saws are old and could have other problems I did not even check for.
