Description: This is a real deal vintage Hurst Auto Stick 1 automatic shifter for GM Turbo 400 transmissions. This shifter was sold as a universal high performance upgrade in the late 60's-early 70's. It was also used by Yenko Chevrolet on their infamous Yenko Deuce Novas with an automatic transmission. These shifters were rare when new and are very hard to find in any condition today. Don't miss this real deal example. This shifter is in good unrestored condition as shown. This shifter appears to be complete less linkage as shown. The bracket is the Turbo 400 style as shown. The handle has shines well with good reflection and some wear as shown. The knob is in good condition with no cracks or heavy scratches. The knob threads are in good condition.The shifter moves freely through all positions. I do not have the shift rod or lever that attaches to the transmission but I imagine these would be easy to fabricate. This is simply an awesome original Hurst Autostick 1 shifter.
