Italian Capodimonte Footed Oval Centerpiece Bowl, Faces on Handles

Description: Dramatic Capodimonte style footed oval centerpiece bowl. This double handled bowl features scenes of women in repose in a flowery garden. The two handles sport faces with long ears. Shiny gold paint trims the edges of the bowl, while a golden floral trim is painted on the yellow interior rim. Would make a beautiful centerpiece or planter. CONDITION: VERY GOOD(Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint):One small chip on the face of one of the handles. A few glaze/paint skips.MARKINGS: Bottom is marked "Italy 2609".
