Description: This auction is for a Killer Instinct arcade PCB, in non-working condition. The KI1 board is complete, and doesn't appear to be missing any parts. It includes the set of 8 sound ROMs (with hand-written labels), the upgraded boot ROM, and a compact flash hard drive replacement. The CPU and heat sink are intact, and everything appears to be in good shape with the CPU legs. The game does not boot up though. The last time it was tested, a white and black "rug" pattern was displaying on the screen. No gameplay or sounds appear. If you look closely, you can see that some of the traces were repaired. There must still be a component or a trace that is broken, which is causing the game not to boot. Everything looks alright now, but the components and traces are so small, something must be overlooked. I am selling this game for parts or repair only.
