Description: Circa 1870 - 1887 Sandwich Glass blue overshot jelly type glass holder. Per the book "A guide to Sandwich Glass" by Raymond E. Barlow and Joan E. Kaiser: It is not a drinking vessel because of the rough overshot rim and was most likely meant for holding something (like jelly) to be served with a spoon. It is about 4 1/4" high x 2 3/4" wide at the rim. It is in excellent condition. There is no damage. This piece is like new and displays very well. Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
