Description: Up for sale is a nice antique LG Solid Hand Forged Antique African Samburu Maasai Kenya Spear Head (No Shaft) This sale is for the spearhead only, no shaft only as shown in the photos. The blade is true and solid with no cracks, bend or structural issues of any kind. The blade is hand forged and thicker at the tip than at the base of the spear. I included measurements in the photos. The piece has a lot of character. The blade has wear/tear and discoloration as shown. The original shaft appears to be broken off in the spearhead as shown in the photos I included. I included several pictures from different angles and lighting positions to show the nice overall quality and size. The metal spearhead is aprox. 31.00” long. I included photos of the measurements to give a good size perspective. This African Spearhead would make a very nice addition to anyone's interesting African edged weapon collection.
