This collection includes Charlotte Brontë, Herman Melville, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Joseph Conrad, Richard Wright, George Meredith, Theodore Dreiser, Henry James, Thomas Hardy, Aldous Huxley, William Faulkner and others. Some of the books have a vintage book plate, others have a name on the inside cover, one or two have some minor markings. Some of them have very good bindings and hinges, others have broken or semi broken hinges. They are in a range of conditions. Two have jackets.
