I've be advised that it is a "Bass Aqua" made by Fishmaster and that it has been painted over. The metal propeller is stationary. Has two hooks. It measures approximately 6 1/2" long and is about 1 1/2" in diameter at the front end. It retains much of its paint which is still colorful and bright. It does have some chipping and loss - please see photos.
