Description: Masons Ironstone Water Lily Hand Colored Transferware Plate Circa 1813-1826 A very nice English Mason's ironstone Georgian period plate in the colorful and vibrant Water Lily pattern. Plate measures 9 3/8 inch diameter. Orange red lily at center with cobalt and pink with greens throughout the floral pattern. Outer rim border in small florals and an ochre tan scalloped rim. Impressed mark is Mason's Patent Ironstone China. This pattern and the plate was made by C. J. & G. M Mason between 1813 and 1826. There is one old chip to the underside near rim. It is not visible from the top. No cracks or other damage. Retains good color and gilt gold details. Displays well! Please view all the photos.
