If item is deboxed I will not refund. NRFB items are to remain NRFB as collector items. In the event of a return, Buyer is responsible for shipping BOTH ways. If a refund has to be issued, it will be less all shipping expenses incurred both ways. Any return must go through Ebay's return process, no exceptions! I will not do a partial refund. Return items shall be returned in same condition as it was sold. I will not process a return not going through Ebay procedures. If item was sent to you insured through Fed Ex or Priority Mail and item was damaged during transit, the proper return/insurance claim procedure must be followed, cooperation from buyer is required.
