Description: wonderful 1970`s era Mdina Glass Lollipop vase... two large cut facets to one face.. cut ice! suspended blue and yellow snad or pearls... glass bubbles Larger size.. 7 7/8" by 5 3/8" approx... weighs 3.09 oz approx excellent condition.. with no damage ..signed "Mdina" signiatures mean best quality.. or they were not signedfrom Mdina, Malta originally by Michael Harris who was previously a glass tutor at the Royal College of Art. He founded Mdina Glass in 1968 alongside Eric Dobson, a former colleague, where it continues to thrive. Harris actually left Malta in 1972 and set up another studio on the Isle of Wight while Dobson remained and took charge of the factory. when you choose UPS ground or Fedex I have to drive 22 miles to town.. so it leaves in 1 to 3 days regular shipping.. same or next day that the mail runs.on a separate note: you can buy all the jewelry or small items that will fit in a padded flat rate for one shipping of about 9.00!
