The cleaning rod handle will be sealed in the brown packaging, the patch holder will be in the small plastic bag, and the rod sections are removed from the military bag (still covered in oil). The nylon pouch is unissued still in the plastic bag from 1987, view pictures. All the components are new and unissued.
